ACNE:   Clean & scrub face thoroughly, let dry.  Apply HEALlix topically to the dry surface of the face into the acne.  Repeat this twice daily, especially at bedtime.  Also, take the maximum dose until the acne is clear.

ARTHRITIS:   Start out with the maximum dose until you are satisfied with the results.  Continue at the regular dose for 2 weeks after.  Then take the minimum dose as a dietary supplement.

BRONCHITIS:   Take the maximum dose until you feel 100% healthy.  Continue for 1 week after.

CANCER:   Take the maximum dose for 3 months after the cancer is gone.  You must be consistent in taking HEALlix and never miss. 

CANDIDA:   Take the maximum dose until you feel your health has recovered completely.  Take the regular dose for 2 weeks after.
